Scraparoo offers a vehicle scrapping service where we buy vehicles in any condition. The purchase price for each vehicle is determined based on various factors, including make, model, age, mileage, location, number of keys, and condition.

3. Purchased Vehicles

Once a vehicle is purchased by us, or our scrap car partners, it cannot be bought back at a later date. By selling your vehicle to us, you understand and agree that the vehicle may be scrapped, broken for parts, auctioned, crushed, fixed, or put back on the road and given a new lease of life at our discretion.

4. Use of Your Information

By using our services, you agree to the collection and use of your information as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, or punitive damages.

6. Dispute Resolution

We offer same-day payments once we’ve collected the vehicle. However, there may be delays or issues outside our control that could cause delays. Scraparoo is not responsible for any such delays.

You confirm that you are the legal owner of the vehicle, or have the authority of the owner to dispose of the vehicle. You will be required to provide proof of this ownership or authority.

9. Accurate Information

You agree to provide true, accurate and complete information about yourself and your vehicle when requesting a quote or arranging a collection. If any information you provide is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to cancel the agreement.
